Please Note:

• You are responsible for providing all of the necessary equipment your booth requires including extension cords and cables. Please provide enough materials for 600 attendees.
• MANDATORY:  Booths must be fully set up no later than 11:30 p.m. Please ensure you plan to arrive with enough time to set up your booth.
• Booths cannot be disassembled until 3:00 p.m. Please be prepared to stay to clean up your area.
• You may park in any of the nearby employee lots as posted. We will provide maps and directions the week of the event.
